Free Return and Free Replacement when you spend over £40 for all UK customers
In addition, for UK customers, if you spend over £40, you will also be eligible to our Goodwill Free Return & Replacement Guarantee, which means we will be paying the return delivery cost, if you are not satisfied with our product and would want to proceed with a replacement or refund. International Orders
Definition: An International Order is defined as any order placed for delivery to a location outside of the United Kingdom (UK).
All international customers agree to the following terms regarding customs, duties, and delivery:
- Importer of Record Status
- For all international shipments, the customer (recipient) is considered the Importer of Record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.
- Responsibility for Duties, Taxes, and Fees (DDU)
- All the international orders are shipped with DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) services. All product prices listed exclude local import duties, customs taxes, and administrative fees. The customer is solely responsible for paying these charges upon import. This is especially relevant for U.S. shipments, as the $800 de minimis exemption has been removed (effective August 29, 2025), making all imports subject to charges.
- Customs Clearance and Monitoring
- The recipient is responsible for actively monitoring the tracking information and contact methods provided on their order (email, phone, post) for notification from the carrier or customs office. It is the recipient’s sole responsibility to ensure all customs payments are made in time to prevent the parcel from being held or returned.
- Consequences of Non-Compliance
- If a parcel is returned to us due to the recipient’s failure to pay duties, taxes, or clearance fees, or if the delivery is refused, we will process a refund only for the cost of the goods. The original shipping fee is strictly non-refundable. Additionally, the recipient may be liable for any return shipping or customs penalty fees incurred.
Free Delivery when you spend over £60 for international customers (Excluding US customers)
If you are an oversea (excluding U.S.) customer and do like our products, you can enjoy our Free Delivery offer when you spend over £60 for one single order.
A Flat shipping fee of £3.49 will be charged for both UK orders international orders which are not eligible for the above mentioned Free Delivery offers.
Free Delivery when you spend over £100 for U.S. customers
If you are an U.S. customer and do like our products, you can enjoy our Free Delivery offer when you spend over £100 for one single order.
A Flat shipping fee of £10 will be charged for both UK orders international orders which are not eligible for the above mentioned Free Delivery offers.
Concerning Brexit and international order tax affairs
Due to Brexit, EU Norway and Switzerland orders may now subject to import duties and fees such as import VAT charged by your country’s custom or tax office. We do not charge those taxes at our side for those orders after Brexit. If you have any concerns, please contact your local tax office.
For other ‘non-EU’ orders, please check the tax arrangement with the UK and the tariffs rate at your own country before you put an order, because the order may subject to additional import duties and fees charged when you receive your orders.
Note:
Orders placed before 3pm Monday to Friday (excluding UK bank holidays) will normally be despatched the same day. Orders placed after 3pm on Friday, and over the weekend or bank holiday, will normally be sent out on Monday or the next working day.
